Should I get a stipple brush or foundation brush?

I can't decide to either get a stippling brush or a foundation brush? I have used a foundation brush many times but I havent used a stippling brush yet. I heard the stippling brush gives you better coverage, which is what I need. So which should I buy? And which brand?

ps. Price doesnt matter to much, as long as its a well-made brush.
