Should I get a non-stress test done?

I've asked a number of questions, I'm 35 weeks, I do feel my baby move here and there but not normally like before, some days I don't feel him move all day in til later on in the night is that normal for how far I am, my doctor asked me if I feel move I said yes but not normally like before, just wondering if I should get a Non-Stress test done or something we checked his heartbeat on wednesday it was 142 BPM. but he is a big baby as well

It's my first pregnancy so yeah kinda worry about everything, just need some advice on this thought.

ok soo what if you don't do much in a day, cause all I do is go to school and come home, and visit family nothing out of the ordinary, simple days, but I'm also going threw alot, so could my stress be effecting my baby ?
