These units are about 4-6 years old, and off-lease (Military or Government?)

I was going to spend 400 dollars on a netbook, and I think this one would actually be faster than a netbook, because of the fact that it has a processor that was almost a desktop processor back then. I got an Xbox, so I wont be doing any gaming on it, and I kinda want it as a collectors item...like how many people have a military style laptop that weighs 15 pounds?
