I broke my ulna and Radius about a month and a half ago and have had two surgeries on the arm. My first surgery had one plate and six screws on the Radius. After a month went by my arm wasn't healing right and the x-rays did not look right to me so i went to a different doctor. This doctor told me i need another surgery and two new plates put in and eleven screws. During the second surgery the new doctor had to peal my median nerve off of my bone because the first doctor put my median nerve between the bone and plate. Now i cant feel my thumb, pointer finger and middle finger. The feeling may never come back. I was wondering if this is a common mistake or a careless mistake by the doctor?
