Should I get a lawyer to do contract for deed?

I have a house I want to sell the buyer wants to do a contract for deed we agreed on the price and payment and the buyer agreed to take care of any repairs and all taxes should I get a lawyer or is this something I can do myself
 
I'd use an attorney or a realtor. Honestly a realtor probably knows more about real estate than a lot of attorneys and could help you with the whole process.
