My contract with t-mobile is done in a few months and I wanted your guys view on what I should get. I have narrowed it down to the fusic or the chocolate. Which one do you guys prefer and what are some pro's and cons. I came to this decision because I need a phone that is an mp3 player also. I am in northeast Wisconsin Illinois border. Also I would like a phone that can play songs at 320kbps which my Motorola V360 does not I appreciate any views and opinions to help my decision.

Can I ask why you need a phone that can play 320kbps music files? To be honest, alot of the mp3 phones aren't gonna give you the same audio processing quality as a dedicated mp3 player. I'm not saying they sound bad, but only a handful are up to par with regular mp3 players.
The fusic has an expansion slot and camera as well. In addition the fusic has a built in fm transmitter and speaker phone. Fusic also runs java allowing google.com/gmm (Google mobile maps and Opera mini to be used for FREE). It might be worthwhile to look at the phonescoop comparison.

ok well thanks for all of your help and i have thought long and hard about this and i am actually going to go with a hollywood with amp'd because I'm going to use the demo line for our store so big discount $$$.
