Should I get a Bachelor of General Studies Degree from a "real college" or

A D

a Bachelor of Arts from a online 1? Here's my dilemma. I am currently a student at Fort Hays State University in Kansas. It is not well known but it has been around for over a hundred years and it has a campus and is Division II for sports. I am pursuing a Bachelor of General studies degree from them taking online classes. I have 96 credits trasnferred to Fort Hays and I need 124 for the degree. The degree will be a B.G.S. with a concentration in Human Services. It will not be a BA or a BS just a BGS which might be hard to explain to employers.

I am thinking of transferring to Thomas Edison State college (TESC) or Charter Oak State College COSC) but I am not sure. Excelsior doesnt do it for me.

Each of those colleges would accept 100 credits of mine I have completed and I could complete the rest of my credits without even taking a course from them because no minimum credits (residency) is need because I could take CLEP and Dantes the rest(Fort Hays accepts CLEP and Dantes but only a few, I have already taken 4 exams.) and those two colleges only require 120 credits for a bachelors.

Even though they are state colleges they are well known for not having a physical campus, they are onlineand therefore lose some credibility. Im not asking what constitutes a "real" college thats a different story because if they are accredited then they are legit but I would rather have a degree from Harvard than University of Phoenix wouldn't you even though they are both accredited.

So the question is should go to TESC or COSC that require 7 less credit hours and I can complete the rest through exams, but lose credibility because they are well known "online" colleges but have a BA or BS, OR should I stay at Fort Hays which has "University" in it's name and is a "real" instituition even though it is not known but recieve a BGS which may be hard to explain but its only $160 a credit hour.

A degree thats hard to explain, or a more average degree from a known "online" school, what would you do?

BTW Im planning to use the degree overseas in a country that most likely never heard or dont care about any of the three it just has to be a bachelors degree from a American instituiton.
