it depends on the condition of it and the condition of the engine,if they have a good maintenance record with the truck it probably wouldn't be a bad deal if the price is right,but remember even a diesel engine starts to wear out over time,and that's not to bad of mileage on that year of a truck,but check it over real good,there's no way we can see it to help you with that part of it,keep in mind it will eventually need work done to it,and their expensive to work on these days,good luck.
