should i get 2 kicker l7 12s, or the 15s?

im not driving yet, just people say 15s take up more power, but i want it to be loud, and i want to know what i need like a good amp i got cash flowwww
yeah but do the l7s flex alot on your friends. i want to have people hear me comin
 
the 15's do handle 250w more RMS each but I've got 2 friends that have 2 L712's each with a zx1500.1 on them and they've both blown out their back windows b/c of the volume.
