Should i flat out ask him for sex?

I have a crush on this guy that i work with,We always flirt and joke and sometimes he talks to me in a sexual manner.I would love to hook up with but i am shy.

I was thinking to flat out ask him if he wants to have sex with me next time at work.

Should i ask him?
 
well, i would imply it in a sexual obvious way. then walk away with a look of lust in my eyes.

but im a guy, and not gay. so i wouldnt do it literally lol
 
have some self-respect!
honestly look at yourself in the mirror, and look at this question. is this how you want to live your life? just going around for something that was meant to be shared between two people who would spend the rest of their lives together.

the second he doesn't respect you, he is not worth your time.
 
lets put it this way: if a girl asked me flat out for sex my pants would be down before she finishes talking
 
If you don't mind everyone talking about you negatively behind your back at work. If you have another job lined up, if all goes belly up.
If you want a sexual relationship with this guy, but not a permanent one, then yes go for it.

If you don't want any one of the above things then the answer is No.
