Should I finish community college and then enlist in the US Army for a couple of...

...years, while finishing my...? education and receiving a B.S. either during or after my enlistment? Or completely skip enlisting and go straight to a four year university after community college and (most likely) never join the military?
The military would be an interesting experience, but would the benefits be worth it? Would I be in any shape to finish my education during enlistment or even after for that matter?

A lot easier to finish your education after using the GI Bill than any other way... Go for it.

I've never served in the military, but I did finish college. From experience I call tell you that taking a break on your college coursework is risky because MANY people never go back to finish. Joining the military is a noble goal, but I would continue my education as well.
