Ok here is my problem
I swim 4 times a week Mon-Thur.
and I try to wake up earlier so i could have breakfast and lunch like at 11
but i don't have time for dinner
I come home at 7:30 or 8 pm everyday and idk if I should eat by this time?
and plus i worked out so idk
Yes I am trying to lose weight
and other question: you should eat every 2 or 3 hours?
And Also I am a swimmer but should I do other workouts to be more inshape and workouts to get me better for swimming
(run,sit-upsect...)
