Should I drop Tynes (Giants Kicker) for Bironas (Titans Kicker) now that winter is here?

Tynes is the leading scorer but his points have dropped off with the Giants' slump. Bironas has been hot along with the Titans the past several weeks. Figure Tennessee is less of a weather threat than Meadowlands.
