Should I double major in Mathematics + Economics/Statistics?

I'm currently an undergrad university student intending on majoring in Mathematics. But the thing is, I was always interested in economics as a kid and am really interested in double majoring with mathematics.

However, after I graduate - I'm really interested in going to grad school. Perhaps receiving a PhD in mathematics. So I'm wondering. Is it worth doubling up for a degree that may not be totally applicable to my field?

The problem is also. I'm trying as hard as I can to graduate in three years. So I'm not sure.

Is it first off, possible to even double major and graduate in three years? And second. is it really worth it?
