Should I do this fantasy baseball trade?

Milledge for Hermida. It's admittedly small, but I'm still not sure. I am the one who has Milledge. Talent wise I think Hermida has the edge, at least right now, but he appears to be made of glass at times. He was deadly in the second half last year though and I see even tonight he's doing well.
