Should I do a little more exercising?

All of today I've ate really well, like lots of fruits and veggies, and water and nuts and stuffs, but dinner was a package of ramen (not fixed with the chicken seasoning, I used cheese popcorn seasoning to make cheese ramen) and a yoplait light yogurt. I did 45 minutes of cardio after school/ before dinner.

I was considering either doing 50 crunches, a pilates routine for abs, 100 walking lunges, 15 of some new crescent squat exercise and 30 sumo squats, or throwing up a little, or both.

I'm really trying to lose 15 lbs......

Oh, and I can't go out and do a jog or something like that. Nothing outside, and nothing that would thump on the floor like jumping or something.

Should I do more?

If you have stomach fat do not do crunches i repeat DO NOT do crunches!!! It will make your belly fat stick out more because the muscle will stick out the fat. I would suggest doing a pilates routine and it will help tone. If you eat too many calories then you can throw up but with what you have been eating i would suggest to not. You seem to be in pretty good shape but make sure to not do a excessive amount of exercise. It is unhealthy and can hurt more than help.

Stop worrying about just a few pounds. Get into the habit of eating a complete breakfast everyday, stop worry about how much you walked or ate, and just that will give you a lot of weight loss. When you don't eat enough, your body goes into conversation mode and you will burn less calories per step than if you had ate more food. Simpily just live without worrying about it, and just start riding your bike or running to friends instead of asking for a ride, if you do.
You won't loose weight by doing stuff indoors, you need to do stuff outside but that does NOT mean you have to jog. You can go do stuff with friends such as sports.
