neighbours above and as well as ones along the corridor regularly make a ridiculous amount of noise as late as 3-4am and the ones along the corridor also have left cigarette ends in stair and last night were all throwing them out the window, one of which nearly hit my friend on the head when she came to pick me up at 3.30am so i could get away from the noise. she was extremely annoyed obviously and i have been annoyed since i moved in. also been piles of rubbish left in the stair and someone not cleaning up after their dog which especially annoyed me.
its a new building, only built in november so the housing officer is coming to see me this week for one of those settling in visit thingywingies and i obviously want to tell her about all the noise and littering problems, but should i complain? im worried in case she thinks im just being a grump lol
