me and my mum went to the dentist, she had her apoinment about 20 minutes before me, it was our first apoinment at our new dentists, my mum asked if she could have new denturs, and because shes on the NHS (we live in England) our Polish dentist said No, it's classed as cosmetic, so she said ok then ill pay for them and he said no you wont and she was like why? and he said because you dont need them .. and she said yes i do the teeth on these are too small it looks like i have none, and he said "im not doing them and im not talking about it anymore" .. is he aloud to just reuse to do it.. When my mums paying? i mean in the waiting room it has the price there £700
and then when i went in, i showed him which tooth hurt and he said there a whole there.. and i said will you fill it ..It's giving me pain and he said "no, we'll wait and see if it gets any bigger" ..
But my tooths really hurting, and i cant switch dentists because no other dentists is takin on patients! .. Should i write a complaint about him? or am i being completly out of order?
