Should I complain about how they handled this? Or will it make me look bad?

I'm a temp but have been at my job (at a bank) for five months. A financial vendor of ours has screwed up one account ROYALLY! It has been an ongoing problem, and they dropped the ball today again. No one there seems to want to take responsibility or follow through.

I feel bad for the client. Should I file a complaint about it? Or because I'm just a temp will it possibly jeopardize my job and look bad for me?
 
It may jeopardize your job and you have to remember that this economy is terrible and you dont want to be without a job right now. Is there anyway you can file the complaint anonymously. If you dont think you will step on any toes, then perhaps you can suggest you take a look at it and try to fix it yourself, but keep in mind that when the the ball falls then you ay be the one to take the whole blame for all of the screwup
