120 per hour ? i already took a dna test, which i personally paid for already.
the lawyer said i have 2 options: 750 flat fee to disestablish me as the father, (i was found to be NOT the father) both options dont include a 180 dollar filing fee to the court
OR the option of 125 a hour.
also what do u think the total would be if i went hourly ?
OR should i do this alone.... lawyer said mother must be served a paper.....too.........and copy of dna results must be sent directly from dna place to lawyer which i can request to be sent to lawyer
