I need your advice. I am a student in college right now majoring in music education and i'm considering changing from music to history. Music will always be my love, but the stress is crazy, and I honestly don't know if i'm good enough. (Granted i did get into a very good school). My heart tells me to stick with music, but the logic in my brain says history is more intelectually stimulating, and I know i would be more successful in college. (regardless of my major i will open a record store for the early part of my life after college, but when i need a "real" job, do i teach history? or music? I need a stranger's help.

If you switch to history, you'll always be wondering 'What if...?'
However, I could say the same if you don't.

This may take some serious thinking on your part, but in my opinion, you should go with your heart.
If you really want it, you can deal with the stress for now.
and you're only as good as you think you are.
If you think you're awesome, you'll be awesome.
If you think you suck, you won't even bother trying, and you will suck.

Another thing.
I understand what you're saying about being successful in college, but I think that if you're doing something because you have to or you're good at it, instead of because you like it, you'll be less successful.

It's all about the mentality you have.
So, what you should do, is reconsider your options, and decide what you want to do.
Either way could be a right choice, if you choose to work hard enough.

I hope I helped a little, I know I can be a little confusing at times. xD;;

depends which one you love more. but if it's right down the middle... flip a coin
