Should I change for gym class tomorrow if my doctor recently diagnosed me

with a staph infection? She gave me Bactrim to take twice a day, and Bactroban to apply to the sores 3 times a day, and to put in my nostrils. She also told me to take a clorox bath for 20 mins twice a day..As of now I still am getting new break outs all over my legs. Is it okay to change for gym? Or should I see the school nurse once I get to school tomorrow?
