Should I cancel my SAT Subject Test Scores?

I'm not sure I did that well on one of the two I completed and I want to know if I should cancel the scores. Am I able to get the scores and retake the exams if I'm disappointed without any negative consequences? Or is it true that colleges will get the history of my SAT Subject Marks if I submit scores from a later test? Any help will be greatly appreciated :) Thanks!
