Should I buy this Toyota Solara?

I really like Toyotas. I've had one and recently got rid of it. Now I like this Toyota Solara. It is a 99/4 cylinder/5 speed manual. The only thing is that it has 199K miles on it. The Kbb is about $2100.

Does anyone have the 1999 4 cylinder? Can someone please advise? Thanks!
