Its a 2005 Honda Civic EX Special Edition...65000 miles...they are asking 9950. I found out it was involved in a wreck awhile back. No airbags were deployed. When they got it they replaced the front brakes and the two front tires. Sounds like someone drove the hell out of it right???

just because the car had a wreck doesnt mean the previous owner drove the car like jeff gordon. everyone has accidents. as long as the title doesnt say salvaged your good. you could get an 08 civic for like 12 or 13000. the only way i would go with this deal is if they took off at least another 1500 dollars. just in case of a problem you encounter in the future. but if you are thinking of getting this deal, heres some questions you should ask first. exactly where was the car damaged at? if it was in the front dont buy it. but on the passenger side or rear. i wouldnt worry too much. just make sure you try to get some documentation or what body shop the car was taken to so you could get a record of what they did to the car. sometimes when a car is hit from the rear. everything looks normal. but your rear frame supports could have been twisted and that costs a lot of money. make sure you test drive the car and go over 65 mph to check the alignment. hope this helps

That doesn't sound like a good car to buy. I'd stick with your gut and look elsewhere.

NEVER buy a car that has been previously wrecked. I took that risk with my previous car and ended up paying over 2K in repairs that were indirectly related to the wreck. Im sure that you can find a comparable car in the same price range that is in better shape. Just keep looking....it's a buyers market....
