Should I purchase the Prius or Insight? I like the price of the insight but I do not like how it doesn't support an EV button (I have heard though that you CAN operate it in EV mode in low speeds). I want the closest thing to an electric vehicle. I do also like the Civic Hybrid but the Charge/assist meter on it is too far up on the instrument cluster for me. Should I pay the extra money for the 3rd generation Prius ($22,400) or go with the 2nd generation Honda Insight ($19,800)?
