Should I buy the Kyocera Loft from Virgin Mobile?

Bottom line ima texting person. I dont call alot, my longest conversation on the phone was bout 10 minutes. Im not worried about calling. What im afraid of is the texting, if it's laggy, takes forever to receive/send, and i heard about it's problems with texting iphones. All i want to know is the pros and cons of texting on that phone. I live in Salinas Cali so it says the coverage is good, but i also heard that "You get what you pay for." Thanks
 
Virgin Mobile is one of the worst phone companies of all time. Lame coverage, laughable customer service, and bad excuses for when their service is down for two weeks. Get a prepaid else where..
