Should I buy Rockford Fosgate P3D2 10s or P3D4 10s?

I am about to buy sub-woofers and I need to know witch ones to buy, I am going to push them with a 400.1 Kicker amp (mono), I just need to know witch ones to buy and why? And what does the D2 and D4 (2ohm and 4ohm) mean?
