Should i buy a Suzuki gsxr 1998 for $2300?

The bike has 18000 miles on it, Aftermarket exhaust and brakes. It was lied down once and has a small crack in the fairings and some deep scratches. I could probably get the price down to about 2100. Is it worth it?
Its a 600cc
 
If it runs well, the tires are halfway decent and has a clean title, that's a really good deal at $2,100.
 
I would say no... 18k is alot of miles for a bike and 2 grand for a 1998 600cc bike is rediculous.. id say get together 2 more grand and get yourself a nice 2000-2004
