I have a 500$ hybrid bike at my dads house 250 miles away. I just need a bike for transportation to run errands on the weekends but I am not allowed to store it in my dorm room.the bike will rot outside . Should I use my nice bike at home or just get a 100$ bike at target. It is slighty more expensive than the gas money for my dad to drive to campus.
Should I buy a new bike to store outside or use my old one?
