should i buy a 95 dodge neon for $300?

ok i live in northpole alaska. on eielson afb. i dont have a license or any insurence and i dont live with my parents, im 18 and i work at wendeys and my friend wants me to buy his neon for 300 it still runs good, but i cant keep it where i live i would have to keep it at a friends house. its a really good deal he wants me to buy it at 150 every two weeks. should i buy if i cant drive it on base, and dont have a license
 
Well it's a great deal but if you don't have a license. I would use the money to pay a driving school they charge about 150.00-200.00 and that include receiving your DL as well. They have their own cars you can learn how to drive in. At least you will get the DL thing out of the way. My husband had one and it kept breaking and he had bought it new too! Imagine driving a used one?Please do yourself a favor do not buy a used car just save your money when you are ready get yourself a toyota prius, scion, Honda Civic, or a mini cooper. I'm sure your parents will co-sign.
