Should I buy a 360 + GoW or should I get the Wii + Zelda?

It's a win-win situation. Just flip a coin and do best 2 out of 3. I've already got a 360 w/ GoW and plan on getting a Wii on Sunday w/ Zelda.

yeah its a real tough choice. for me.... i'm kinda in the same situation. i'm getting a wii this weekend, and then probably a month later i'll pick up a 360 and GoW. the main reason for picking up a wii first being that i've always been a big fan of nintendo products

I assume you've already beaten GoW and moved onto the multiplayer. How good is the replay factor for GoW? Does the 4v4 multiplayer get boring?

If Halo 3 were out, this would be a much easier decision because I know the multiplayer on that would be a sure thing. I'm worried about GoW losing its fun-factor seeing as how it's only 4v4 with limited maps/gameplay modes.

The thing I'm worried about with the Wii + Zelda is not having enough time to play it. Haivng something where I can sit and mindlessly play for 30 minutes would be nice...it seems with Zelda that you'd need at least 1-2 hours with your thinking cap on

Yes I've already beaten GoW once and I'm going back through a second time now. The replay value is pretty high, especially w/ online co-op. That's fun as hell to play through a game with someone online. The 4 vs 4 multiplayer is pretty fun too.

I need to go play a demo of GoW sometime tomorrow. Maybe play something on the Wii too.

you shouldnt even have to ask this. Zelda is one of the definite top 5 gaming franchises evar.

but i suppose you could just wait to hear how ppl say it is, then make your decision.

I actually made this decision yesterday. I picked up a 360 and GOW. All I can say is, do it, you won't regret it GOW has amazing graphics, and it's hella fun.

Target has a special right now, get an Xbox premium system, get a 50 dollar target gift card. Get GOW or a few other titles and get a 10 dollar Target gift card. I checked out 3 times, the 360 first, so I could use the 50 card towards GOW, bought it down to 10 bucks. Then I used the 10 dollar gift card from that and put it towards the VGA connection cable so I can play it in HD on my LCD monitor. Pretty sweet deal.

You will probably like the 360 and GoW... But, Zelda is going to be a great game.

It is the only real reason I am getting the Wii on Monday.
