Should I buy a 360 + GoW or should I get the Wii + Zelda?

Note: It's one or the other, not both. PS3 is out of the question until middle of next year. I might get it for Killzone/GT.

Edit: I'll add that the last game I played heavily was CS. I used to play/love the Zelda games back on NES/SNES, but I never bought an N64, so I never got into OOT and stuff.

I'm leaning that way a little bit, but it'd be ~$550 for the 360 GoW bundle, ~$350 for the Wii + Zelda.

I'm more of a "shoot'em up" type gamer, but Zelda could be quite entertaining. I really like multiplayer online games though

I guess I could always just return the 360 to Costco if I get tired of GoW, then buy a Wii bundle instead ...I'd feel really dirty though

well seeing as how you enjoy FPS's.... 360 has a lot of good ones, and the online multiplayer is great, especially for GoW. rainbow six: vegas just recently came out too.


but the nintendo fanboy in me is yelling at me to tell you to get a wii and zelda. but it seems like your tastes lie with the xbox

I can see myself having a lot of fun with both...that's why I'm so torn. GoW, Halo 2/3 on Live would be boatloads of fun, but I could see myself having a lot of fun playing Zelda, which would be more of an "experience."
