Should i buy a 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix with 120,000 miles for 18 hundred bucks?

The power and heat/ac work fine. I can't get a car fax history report. The car is a sedan.
 
sounds like a fairly decent deal. if it has a 3800 series engine in it i will vouch for the engine as long as the previous owner took care of it. i have the 3800 in my firebird and have never had any problems with it. but, i take good care of it too.
