Should I break things off with my new bf because it seems like all he wants is sex?

We just started dating over a week ago, and we are both in high school. We have made out and I let him finger me. I regret it now, and I think our relationship has gone WAYYYY to fast. Maybe we should just be friends, and give us a break...What do you think I should do? I'm not ready to be having sex.
I'm tired of the temptation, when I know what I'm doing is 100% WRONG.
