History: I have a long distance with my boyfriend (US and Vietnam) and we planned to get married in the end of this year and live in my place. Few days go he told me his doctor does not allow him to travel to get married with me because of DVT in his leg. He has DVT after long air plane he took to see me many times. I did many research for DVT and I think I better end this relationship. I rather see him safety and alive there than to be here with me and he could die on the plane. I do not want him to take a risk of his health to fly here with me. I do not want to hurt him. This time he needs my love and support. But I did not see we have any future. He is everything for me and I love him, but I do not want him to be die. Should I leave him for his health. In US he has better medicine service than my place too. He does not want to stop with me and still want to fly here and ask me give him a little time and let see how doctor say. Anyone have any advice for my situation? Thanks for your answer in advance.

My boyfriend want we live in VN, he does not like to live in US. I have good job in VN I do not want to live in US too. We met in person twice each time around 1 month. We talked with each other by phone and chat 4 hours a day in morning and night. I trust in him but now I feel very broken heart.
