Should I become a stripper? (Not a joke)?

I'm 17 year old male going to be 18 within a month. As a senior in high school I start to worry about all the financials of not only being a senior but going to college as well. Family is going through alot of tough times for a very long time with money. I hand my mom a packet for a gown before I can show or say a word she says "what more money?" so I felt terrible and told her nevermind it was just a ring I have. I work part time at a bad job where you can never get a raise or promotion and work 2 days 2-3 hours each day and recieve less then $70 every two weeks. The only other workin in the house is a truck driver aka my dad but that money goes towards having a roof over my head and a shared car. (Very thankful for)

Being in high school I've been in a numerous amount of sports and maintained an athletic body. I'm also a great dancer and very flexable. since I was 16 I thought about becoming a stripper in orlando or somewhere around my area. I have had stripper friends and I know they make a lot. I just want to get to college and help support my mom, dad, younger sis, nephews and older sis. Scholarships I know I can try and get but I still want to help family. (ill be going to community college first)

With a little more working out and practice should I be a stripper?

Tough call.

Male strippers seem to be a little tamer than the female counter parts but usually end up in the same dive bars with the same sketchy people and the same sketchy owners.

There seem to be a lot of gay men doing male stripping so that is another down side to the environment. (Ya, I said it)

Honestly, you can probably make some money doing this but I can not see how you could explain this to your kids. I am also not sure how much your dancing skills matter since I think it ultimately comes down to you and the banana hammock.

My advice is try it the hard way for a little longer. If you start, you may find that the lifestyle steals your own and there is really nothing good you can say to someone about what you do for work. (Picture grandma putting a $20 right next to your crotch rocket)
