Should I be worried if last night I was seeing flashes of light and this

morning i woke up to nosebleeds? The past couple of days I have been seeing flashes of light (normally see about four flashes) and then last night I woke up at 5 am with a pretty severe nosebleed. I stopped the nosebleed and went back to bed, but after that I would wake up about every 45 minutes with another nosebleed. Is this normal?
