I have lost a LOT of weight and a lot of people are questioning whether I am getting too skinny or not. I think i've had a big increase in my metabolism as well because I drink a lot of green tea and eat a lot of fruit and veg (which boost your metabolism). I exercise a lot as well (hockey, running and dancing). Today I have eaten a REALLY BIG sunday dinner of carrots, mash potato, peas, chicken, cabbage with light mayonnaise. I then had a small bowl of apple pie with cream. Around breakfast and 12ish I also had 2 small bowls of bran flakes with 2 small apples. I've also just been on holiday (eaten pretty healthily) and now I feel REALLY sluggish. I don't know how much I weigh but I feel like i've gotten bigger. I know though that it wont happen again and it was a one off .. I'm just curious whether I should worry about what I ate and it affecting my weight ?!!!
