Should I be cooking this steak?

I got a steak at the grocery store tonight, and it looked fine. I don't know anything about steak, so I need some help. When I opened the package, it smelled LIGHTLY like milk. Is that normal? Does a raw steak usually have a smell?
 
yikes it's looks like you might have a gone bad steak return it and get a refund
