This is what the letter said "Your health is very important to us. We have been trying to reach you by phone regarding the results from your Pap test done on September 15,2009. Please call our office as soon as possible to obtain your results and follow up as nessesary. we look forward to hearing from you and thank you for letting us serve as your heathcare providers." Of course I had to get this letter on Friday, after office hours. Now I have to wait till Monday to find out. I'm a wreak. I've had abnormal results several years ago but none recently. Should I be worried?

To let this go and not call the office would be a bad idea. Not only would you continue to worry about it endlessly, but if something were abnormal and you let it go....that would be worse.
It sounds like a very thorough doctor's office that is trying very hard to get in touch with you. Do them the courtesy of calling them back. It may be that your doctor likes to review all pap tests, even when normal, just to keep in touch with his patients.
Don't worry until you have a reason to, but definitely call Monday.

You do not have to be worried. Just get another PAP test. Often the tests have to be repeated for various reasons.
