Should i attend HBU or U of H if i want to do Pre-Pharm?

i have been accepted by both universities but HBU is offering me a 40k scholarship while U of H hasn't offered me any but HBU being private the cost of tuition is greater. I plan do do pre-pharm then eventually go to pharm school. So with this said which school is a better choice taking both the academic and monetary aspects into consideration?
