Should I ask out a guy to Home coming?

Im a 10th grader, and he is a 12 grader in highschool.
I talk to him in my last hour, and him and I have some connection.
He smiles, I smile, you know, the whole thing.

Problem is that he seems really tired all the time, and home coming isnt till october.
I want to know If i should ask him.

How would be a really good way to do that?
 
no....as much as you want to never ask a guy out. or at least not at this age. when you get into adulthood (30's or so) then maybe but not now!
 
just talk to him and ask if he's going to homecoming. if he says yes, then just say that you think that you guys should go together. if he says no, say that you think he should go because you want to go with him :-)
 
I personally don't go for the whole girl asking the guy thing, and with him being a senior and you only a sophmore I think you might be setting yourself up for rejection. : /
