My son Tyler who is 20 started riding at 18 and now my three other son's want to ride but i dont want them to. The reason my son Tyler started at 18 was because i wouldnt allow it until he was a legal adult. My son Christopher is 13, my son Alexander is 10 and my other son Conner is 8. Should i allow them to? We are from Tennessee and its very popular to ride/race dirt bikes and qauds here. I feel like a bad person saying no, my husband says its alright but i dont like the idea of it. My husband actually wants my to youngest sons to race because if they start now they are young enough to be able to get really good and race when they are older. But i still hate the idea, HELP!!

ya you should.

i know a seven year old who's been riding since he was six or five. he's never fallen off, always had a helmet.

and it would teach them how to be their own person (they won't be as needy when older)

Maybe with the right guidance they could learn to be responsible riders...Esentially, Its up to you as their mother to decide what goes and what doesnt...

Also, I dont think it's wise taking advice from ppl who speak like they're 12...
