Should history Judge FDR as a war criminal?

No. You should read the history of Korematsu v US. FDR wasn't the primary mover in the institution of the camps. It was a military leader who was basically a bigot. He doctored information to "justify" the camps. I've forgotten his name but the guy went to pretty extreme lengths.

Wow, where have we heard THAT before?
