Should Gold Plated, Union Cadillac Health Plans, be taxable income under Obama care?

The whiny public union employees think they are too good for Obama care, and many have obtained exemptions.

Shouldn't these public union employees be taxed on the actual cash value of these costly plans, at their prevailing income tax rate?

Why do Public Employee Union Members refuse to pay their fair share in taxes on their compensation?

A small business owner has to pay for his health care with taxed dollars - why do unions get a free ride?
