Should GM and Chrysler give backlog of cars and trucks to the gov't?

Since the Feds gave our tax dollars to GM and Chrysler who have a backlog of cars and trucks they can't sell, then why don't they give the backlog to the gov't to use as partial repayment? Or use them in trade to China to depreciate our trade defecit? Any one have a better idea?
 
I ordered paper clips three months ago at my government job and still need another approval before they arrive.

Only a socialist would give GM/Chrysler $50 billion dollars and think they could run it.
