Some of our employees take breaks in their cars. They take their plates of food and smoke their cigarettes coming in smelling bad. I have had reports of smoking pot also. Can I refuse to let them go to their cars during breaks? and Only smoke at designated smoking area 25 ft from back entrance? They are on the clock and do not clock out for breaks.
