so my phone battery was dead all day and when i turned it on i had a missed called from work and then a text message from an unknown number.. i read it and it was my boss asking if i could come in and work that day because someone was off sick. i thought this was very strange. anyway i didn't want to work as i had stuff to do and i had no credit to call back so i turned my phone back off. then the next day again i looked at my phone and there was another missed call and another text message from her again asking if i could come in 2 hours early today. i just ignored it.. because i think sending me a text message is just rude. if you can't contact me by voice then ring and ask someone else there is plenty of people else to ring. should she be able to send me text messages? it seems so... weird.
none of your business why i dont leave the phone on... thanks
actually the text came before the call the second time.. and my phone was off the first time so the missed call was in a text from vodafone alongside the other text and both had the same time wrote on as my phone was off... also I have already done 19 hours worth of overtime this week alone agreed to face to face and her asking me for another 4 hours is a piss take, especially when she already knows that the cost of me traveling there to work for only the 3 hours she needed me for would been I only earnt £3 ... lol so don't go jumping to the conclusion that i am a bad person without knowing the facts. also i'd just like to add that she herself has been off sick for the last 6 months with a bad leg and everybody is sick and tired of her and the reason she gets everyone else to do the overtime is so that she can go home... when she is supposed to be the boss... most of the overtime i have done is to cover her sick days.. i did not even get to meet the boss for the first 6 months!
