Should bicycles, joggers and horses be prohibited from using roads?

I know they were once more common than motor vehicles, but now they just cause injuries or death and cause disruption to the free-flow of our essential traffic. Time to move with the times?

they ought to be able to use the roads but limited to the hours of 2 am to 4am no matter what the country.
